Our volunteers love Victory, and we love our volunteers!
As a family of believers we understand the importance of serving one another and the Lord for the sake of the Gospel. When you volunteer at Victory you aren’t just filling a need, but partnering with others in the VCA family to make an eternal impact in the lives of our students. God has blessed all of us with gifts to be used for His glory, and applying those gifts at Victory is what makes our school such a great place to belong.
WHY VOLUNTEER AT VICTORY?
LEAD BY EXAMPLE
As a discipleship school, we want to lead our students into the image of Christ – the perfect servant leader. Our volunteers get to model servant leadership for our students while living out the command to serve one another. Students learn from our example that God values service of every type and size as long as we are doing it for Him.
INVEST IN COMMUNITY
The VCA community is not just about the students, it includes the entire family. Volunteering at Victory allows you to build relationships with other parents, teachers, and adults in our community. These relationships are highly rewarding as they grow from a shared faith and commitment to discipleship education. Many of our parents build lifelong friendships as they partner together to impact the next generation for Christ.
GROW IN YOUR GIFTING
Growing in Christ is not just about learning, it is also about serving. As we use our gifts in the power of the Spirit, God continues to grow us in our gifting and multiply the fruit of our efforts. Serving also can grow our hearts in joyful sacrifice to the Lord.

As a Victory volunteer you can have a direct and lasting impact on students’ spiritual and educational lives. Our volunteers not only help them with everyday tasks that enable deeper learning, but also by providing them with loving relationships with Christian adult role models.

Substitute Teachers – We are looking for parents to fill in when a teacher is out. Opportunities span all grade levels and time lengths.

There are two primary ways you can financially support the mission of VCA:
THE VICTORY FUND
Your one time, annual or monthly gift to the Victory Fund will help fund the ongoing education and discipleship of our students. It is always our goal to provide a first-class and affordable Christian education to our families. Your special giving helps us make Christian education available to more families at all levels.
THE BUILDING FUND
Victory has purchased a school building on approximately 4 acres in South St. Louis County. This opportunity is an enormous blessing from God and represents an answer to years of prayer and seeking for a place that VCA can plant, build, and grow with permanency and consistency for our families, teachers and staff.
