New Student Enrollment Procedures

Dear Christian Parent,
Thank you for considering Victory Christian Academy for your child's education. Below are our admission procedures for new students along with a link to the application forms. The menu on the left side of this web page contains a "Registration Info" link which has tuition information.

New Student Enrollment Procedures:
- A written application must be completed and returned along with a $25 non-refundable application fee before the processing of admission may begin.
- A conference with both parents or guardians, the applicant(s), and the representative of the school board is required. At this conference, the applicant’s birth certificate, health records and most recent report card must be presented for review. Notice of acceptance or rejections will not be given at the time of the interview.
- Both parents or guardians must attend an orientation seminar prior to their children entering school. The purpose of this seminar is to acquaint parents with our entire program, explaining in detail our policies and procedures.
- Transfer students will be tested and/or interviewed to help determine grade level placement.
- VCA is a discipleship school. As such, a recommendation from an elder, pastor or other church leader is required.
- Upon acceptance, a formal letter of acceptance will be issued by VCA's Administrator.
- After acceptance, a $175, non-refundable enrollment fee per family (not per student) is due. This $175 enrollment fee will apply towards your registration fee and will hold your child's (or children's) position(s) in the class roster(s). The balance of the registration fee must be paid by the July 15th deadline or the student(s) will be removed from the roster(s).
- Students will not be allowed to attend class until all paper work is in order and the registration fee and first month of tuition has been paid.
