New Student Enrollment Procedures
Thank you for considering Victory Christian Academy for your child's education. Below are our admission procedures for new students along with a link to the application forms. The menu at the top of this web page contains an "Admissions" link which has tuition information.

New Student Enrollment Procedures:
An application form must be completed and returned along with a $25 non-refundable application fee before the processing of admission may begin.
A conference with both parents or guardians, the applicant(s), and the representative of the school board is required. Notice of acceptance or rejections will not be given at the time of the interview.
Transfer students will be tested and/or interviewed to help determine grade level placement.
VCA is a discipleship school. As such, a recommendation from an elder, pastor or other church leader is required.
Upon acceptance, a formal letter of acceptance will be issued by VCA's Administrator.
After acceptance, a $200, non-refundable enrollment fee per family (not per student) is due. This $200 enrollment fee will apply towards your registration fee and will hold your child's (or children's) position(s) in the class roster(s). The balance of the registration fee must be paid by the June 1st deadline or a $100 late fee applies. An additional $100 late fee applies if the registration process is not completed by June 30th.
If school is already in session, the entire registration fee and first month's tuition is due (paid through FACTS) prior to the student entering the school.
Students will not be allowed to attend class until all paper work is in order and the registration fee and first month of tuition has been paid.Registration forms are on our forms web page, or you may contact the school office.
